{running} I wasn’t rested well, so my legs got sore pretty quickly. I took a walking rest of 10 min after 20 of running and 5 minutes after another 12min of running. Finished with running. I somehow thought my long run was on Saturday not on Sunday, well,
that and an intense bouldering session yesterday explains the soreness, stupid me...

...you don’t wonna know how often one needs wrist rotation during the day...
It wasn't a pleasant day, cause I had to be careful with every move. But now, in the evening it is noticeably better. Glad it's not a wrist injury.
