That was fun!

And now starting Soft cardio, days 1 and 2.

Sunday, I went with my parents to a show, how to explain it... Sketch and songs show ? In French we call them chansonnier, basically they do skits and parodies of famous songs to make fun of the politic actuality. It was well done, with all political sides taking a good beating ;) next sundays (15th and 22th) we have municipal elections, which could be interesting.

1 year and 339 consecutive days of exercise (one year 330 days on 01/03).

Continuing Soft cardio, now to D8 ; and daily butt-ups.
I had the PETscan yesterday, and Friday I see the oncologist for the results and discussion so... Bloodwork was Ok for blood cell counts , hepatic enzymes continue to go up but I don't think up enough to warrant stopping the medication. We'll see results... In the meantime this wolf will continue fighting!

1 year and 346 consecutive days of exercise (one year 330 days on 01/03).

Continued Soft Cardio to D11, and daily butt-ups.

Got the oncologist visit today. The tumor's shrinking , that's good news. Bad news, though : the metastasis in my sternum is back. So, they'll do radiotherapy on it - don't know yet when , how many sessions / what fequency, but I will discover another department of the hospital. Sigh.
They also did a blood draw to check the anticancer's blood level + to hope grab some cancer cells for ADN typing. New technics are fascinating. I hope it'll help them for an even better treatment, because, I am fighting against Cthulhu, non mais!!!

Thank you @Lady Celerity , @Fremen and @Anek , and all those who clicked on my post. For the moment waiting for the convocation for the set-up appointment. It will quite probably be when I will be in St Malo, so I'll have to take the train for a rapid back-and-forth trip. This inability to really plan is a part that doesn't sit easy with my very organised nature, so, we will learn...

Anyhow, still daily butt ups, and up to D15 in Soft Cardio (counting today).

1 year and 352 consecutive days of exercise (one year 330 days on 01/03).

Thank you @Laura Rainbow Dragon , @colin , @PETERMORRIS966 and @AgileGrrl .
I got the unofficial date of 15/04 for the first contact with the radiotherapy team, guess it means it will start early May.

Daily butt ups, and up to D17 in Soft Cardio (counting today).

1 year and 354 consecutive days of exercise (one year 330 days on 01/03). We are coming close to the second year, that's incredible!!!

Well, Bretagne is good to me for rest and good times, but not for journaling here, LOL!
So, we had scallops, oysters, shrimps, a morning of thalassotherapy, and a weather that changed from winter / thick jacket to summer / tee-shirt. Mom had her osteoporosis trreatment infusion and bore it very well, no flu-like symptomes.
And sports wise ? Still daily butt-ups, FINISHED Soft cardio, and yoga this morning. and...

1 year 368 days, AKA 2 YEARS and 3 days! Woot !

And last evening in St Malo, about to return to Paris tomorrow. We've had Winter and Summer during the same day, the joy of Spring weather!!!
And Wednesday afternoon meeting the radiotherapist, hopefully he'll give me an agenda for the next steps...

Thank you @AgileGrrl and @aku-chan ! Agile; it is important for me to help in my fight against Chtulhu ;), so on we go!

Continuing with yoga around 10 mins, and butt lifts, daily. I may start a new program tomorrow, but today was still in "let's reorganise" mood.
Lovecraftian update if you are interested:
The appointment wih the radiotherapeut went very well , she was nice, super clear, and also very reassuring for mom - and me of course. So, may 21st I have a preparatory scan when they'll take all measures including taking care of my breathing rate, etc... ; and I should have 5 or 6 treatments, spread every other day, probably first and second or second and third weeks of June. After that, PET scan, and end June meeting with my oncologist before hopefully being cleared for summer in Bretagne. Of course the end June PET scan is too early to see the efficacy, but we will know with the September PET scan. The equipment is super high tech, it is very impressive!

Onwards we go!

Continuing daily with the butt-ups and 30 DoY, now at D6.

On our way from Bretagne we stopped at IKEA, and I picked thinks to help oprganise my kitchen - wall hooks and similar ; it is not quite fully done but it'll be really nice. I am lucky to have a very practical kitchen! What else, I met again the choir on Sunday, and it's always a pleasure. Big deadlines are over but I gotta keep my eyes on the next big one. And oh, today we have lunch with Darling Nephew and his sweetie, looking forward to that! It's really nice that he makes an effort to come see the parents when they are here.

I went to the officer yesterday, good work and also good discussions with different colleagues.
