Today is a holiday in Italy, the gym is closed but I wanted to maintain the order of training that I am experimenting with and therefore I dusted off a nice kettle at home :)
Full Swing Workout didn't convince me much to look at it but due to the chosen weight (16kg) and the repetitions foreseen by the workout despite the 2 minute rest between the sets I huffed like a steam locomotive, yes i had a lot of fun :LOL:
I remain of the opinion that training with kettlebells is much more fun than the machines and barbells in the gym.
