Slept very badly, was really nauseous and was afraid I couldn't get to work, but after eating breakfast slowly and drinking some milk and ginger tea it was better. I think this was a combination of my stress for work and a new anti acid drink I tried.
Work was okay though, didn't expect that one. My hurt colleage even brought me hot chocolate. Everyone came by saying hello and wanting to talk. Don't think that fits with me creating an 'unsafe environment'.
There's a problem with my gastroscopy at work; I am not allowed to drive or make any important decisions for 24 hours due to the sedation, but the next day I'm the only one available for a task that's only allowed to be done by anyone qualified, which can't be moved. There's 3 of us: me, another colleage that's overseas for a holiday (like on another continent) and the third one away for a course. I am hoping she will skip course for me. Gastroscopy is December 14th btw.
I started the kitty advent calendar roday. Pico got a whole bag of candy for the first day! She loved it.
I also started kind of my own exercise advent calendar (I do miss the Darebee one
); I bought a chocolate advent calendar, and I am doing the daily dare to earn it for the day. If I'm not capable of the exercise of that day, I wil come up with a proper substitution.
