Journal:
My stress level is going down and I feel a little better today. I woke up at 5am doh and had a big hour to kill before preparing and going to the office.
I'll do more today because I want to push myself up so in the evening I'll do some more strength and meditation.
Yesterday we did a 30 mins meditation together with my partner it was cool and needed. It helps when we take time for simple things. I also helped her with cutting some board circle for her artworks. She can do so nice things but for some heavy cuts she like when I help her. And as it is not the artistic part I feel ok to do it... It's just cutting the board that will be the base for her paintings as she doesn't paint on canvas.
So I definitely didn't sleep so good last night, woke up a lot...
