What do I do now? I redo day 19 tomorrow and day 20 until I can do it? Or I continue the challenge? But then it'll be harder and harder... I want to clear this challenge good! What do you do when it happens on a challenge?
Edit: I think I'll go back to day 19 then day 20 until I can do it! And continue to take my time until I finish it completely and cleanly.
The official challenge instructions say to do it @Fremen 's way. But this is for reasons of motivation and scheduling (i.e.: if it's important to you to finish the challenge in 30 days).
If your goal is to be able to hang for 2 minutes in one go, then your suggested plan is better. It will get you there. It just may take some time.

Ohh I did not read the challenge page so yes I can do that!
Get though the hang time required each day and if there is some day when your grip is not yet strong enough, hold on as long as you can. The moment it fails hang again, immediately and make up the time.

For the next part I'll do as it is detailed on the challenge page! but I'm happy with a new 70sec in one go, never was able to do it!

I'm feeling really good, I just love OMAD it makes me feel so good! I'm just enjoying what I'll eat this evening, only home made food with some chicken, brocoli, rice, some nice spice, some eggs and some greek cottage cheese with home made bio granola and a touch a maple syrup for dessert. Mmmmmmm yummy!
I hope you all feel great and if not I send you energy and good vibes.

Journal:
So day 22 of Dead Hang was done in two part 60 sec and then after I lost the grip I took 5 sec rest and went to it immediately for the next 20 sec for a total of 1m20. It's really hard and burning but I could not do the 80 sec in one go! But yeah I did it and I hope I can do it until the end of the challenge!
Today was a good day, I did my challenges, cardio in the afternoon and muscle in the evening. The OMAD is going well and I don't feel any cravings during the day even when my colleagues eat their lunch near me. So it feels good!
Today we also planned and book our holiday with my partner, we found a nice modern bungalow at the sea for one week with the 2 children for august, as they love the sea, the beach etc... And we found a lovely villa in south France in Provence for 10 days in June just for the two of us, to enjoy the sun, the sea, the swimming pool and a lot of walks... And yeah certainly enjoy some wines and good food.
When we go alone, we always search for a place with a private terrace to enjoy the sunset with some wines, champagnes...
It was soooo good to do this together today, it makes us already feeling the sun at the tip of our fingers...

I feel great! And I like it!

I wish you all a lovely day/night bee's

Journal:
So an easy day today for cardio and muscle. I feel my abs doh!
I did all in the morning as I work from home today it's easier to manage.
Now I'll check my march planning to be sure all is ready and that I don't push myself too much. February we quite easy, easier than I thought but I also feel my condition is way better already so it helps to go forward harder and stronger!
January and February are gone already, it was so fast... My motivation is still at the maximum. I didn't get sick, no injuries that stops me, everybody is healthy at home. A pure beginning of the year... Ok work is not the best sometime but yeah I'm freelance I can move to another mission anytime, it's just not the right time in my head.

Edit: Oh and I plan to randomly give gifts to people when I feel I can push myself a little more. I like the feature and I want to see more of these gifts everywhere!

I wish you all a very nice day/night bee's

Journal:
My children woke up at 6am this morning and I was awake so we quietly went down and let my partner sleep more. She enjoy sleeping a bit more saturday morning. They played with their toys in the livingroom and diningroom wgile I immediately decidednto do my sport. As we go visit some friends that are at 1h30 driving the day will be fast full.
I realise my OMAD looks more like a 20/4bbecause I don't eat all in one go. But I cook step by step after eating the diner with my family. Then I cook some eggs, then some other stuff. But it's sometime 22/2... First days were real OMAD so I'll focus next on one meal that is it least eaten in the hour.

I wish you all a lovely day/night bee's

Mine went from 1 hour to 4, then from 4 to 3, then 3 to 2, and now it's back to 1 hour.

And I'm actually eating 1800 - 2200 calories in that one hour, I saw yesterday. I break the fast with a meal, then leave a 20 minute digestion gap. Then have a second meal. Close window. But I'm a fast eater... so I finish a plate of food in 15-20 minutes.

Its a lot easier now than it was in the beginning. I'm guessing appetite is adjusting to all the activity.

Journal:
Monday, children are at the mother for this week. We have so much to do at home this week and always new ideas, plans... I love my children but I also love to be able to do more of these projects when they're not with me.
So we plan to buy a new couch... It seems simple but not really because measure, testing, checking in shops... It already took some time two weeks ago! It involve some changes in the Living room design... But it's cool to do... After that we'll concentrate on the bedroom.
Today I did my sport early as I'm working from home. My arms are burning as hell because vitality, pathfinder and PLL were all about arms moves. It was so hard at the end for such easy moves haha!
OMAD first week was amazing and I'll stick to it several more weeks. I see a difference in the mirror (selfies I made before/after), it's not amazing still but you can see the figure getting more toned an fit! Nearly 2kg lost in a week looks a lot but it's also a lot of water so I'll first do another week to see how it goes but I plan something like 500 to 750g lost next week.
I'll then concentrate on a more "muscle" workout program to minimize the loss of them!
Oh and my nose is running today, I did some nice tea with lemon and some stuff for throat pain. I hope I can get rid of this fast before it goes to a bigger sickness! Maybe I got a cold yesterday because I took some sun in the morning... Who knows!

Edit: forgot to put the dead hang result. I did 80 sec in one go and that's a new PR followed immediately by two time 10sec!

I wish you all a comfy day/night bee's

Thank you @Deadoks

I think my mother would appreciate all the support from the DAREBEEs. She got a kick out of everyone here cheering her on when she was able to workout with me.

Congratulations on your continued hanging progress!

No unfortunately, it went way worse during the day and in the evening/night especially.
I slept like crap... I'm tired haha! but I'm at work at the office because they consider just a flue is nothing (they already forgot about Covid etc...).
I have a flue (the men flue) and my partner a normal flue haha!
So I'll struggle to do the sport but I'll do it all! Just slowly!

I did it finally, it took my longer and hopefully my day at work is no so busy so I had time.
My head is like a gong, I feel my blood pulsing... this headache is not going to leave soon and the 10mins jump rope were a nightmare to do because of small jumps shocks.
I'll be happy to finish my work day now and just take the full evening to just chill and heal!
And I definitely don't like the abs exercises of PPL, exercises are mostly not the best for abs, too much plank (the increment in duration is a nonsense it's a program not a challenge). The other muscle exercises are good!

I wish you all a wonderful day/night bee's

Journal:
I'm done with PPL. It was a good program overall to get back to muscle training. I just feel there's too much leg training and the abs training is bad (just bad for multiple reasons). I enjoyed it but it's not a program I'll do again.
So I'm still quite feeling sick today but I did my sport in the morning. I was into finishing PPL haha. I feel a little better so if feels this man cold is soon gone. My partner is feeling like me yesterday so not good but it'll be better tomorrow as she had the symptoms one day later then me.
Today is a work day and I'll print the Darebee's I need for March as my plan is fully done. It'll be a hard month but I think I can do it. I'll continue to do the strength programs for some month but as soon as I feel better with my weight loads I'll do a proper weight program for my muscles. At the moment I'm really into having some fun, losing my 10kg by June and try to keep my muscle active with some different programs and exercises.
As abs were not really good trained in February I changed my planning to put the new program cardio & abs as it seems that the exercises there are a way better choice.
As I'm feeling sick, I'll not do any fitness gifts today (as yesterday) because I save my energy for my priorities of the day!

I wish you a pretty day/night bee's

60 days streak today! Yay! I'm so proud I did that without a day off and without going down on my programs and challenge!
So today was a day at the office but I could do all because I had no weight exercise as my PPL is done and I'll begin a new strength programs soon (the 2nd march).
I'm feeling better but still out of energy because of that cold that slowly goes out of my body. I hope I'll feel better Saturday as I'll begin a full new planning.
Oh but before that, tomorrow will be a rain of badges!
I'm a little bit off on my OMAD these days but I keep going on, I'm just a little less strict on the hours because of my cold and the need to get some energy during the day. I do no sugar at all so it maintain my fasting mostly but it's not as accurate as I did and will do. But It'll soon be good again!

Edit: end I got some energy left for two little gifts!

I wish you a chill day/night bee's
