Main Quest:
- Arms of steel chair edition - day 1 - 5 sets - level 3 - no rest
- Ironheart - day 1 - 60 sec rest
- Cardio and abs - day 1 - 7 sets - level 3 - 1 min rest
Side Quest:
- Better legs - day 1
- Power walk - day 1
- Easy arms - day 1
- Upper body light - day 1
- Power punch - day 1
- Meditation - day 1
- Flex Hang - day 1 --> This one will be a real challenge for me!

Diet: objective 92kg and way less fat - due date end of June

New planning this month with new challenges and new programs. I do with the same idea of February, quite some easy difficulty one challenges with 3 programs!
It'll go well this month as I love March!
Flex hang will be a real challenge for me but I'll do it! It's part of my path to be able to do clan pull-ups one day and I'll add 30 sec dead hand 1/2 days to keep up with it!
The other are fine I liked the training today!
OMAD is going very well and I feel less and less hungry during the day. I do tea or water only and eat at 6pm slowly to enjoy until 7pm. Then fasting begin again!
I'll take time to read the logs asap maybe tonight but as the sun is out I did a lot of gardening and I'll continue.
