Thanks! @Tileenah @NancyTree - Went to the Doctors yesterday, I have Tennis Elbow (And I don't even play tennis :LOL:), they gave me some cream that should heal it up.

Been a couple of days! I ended up going that village fair in the end and it was an even longer walk than I thought, so I spent Sunday and Monday resting my legs.
Back at it today though:-

60 Side Bends (EotD) done (3 sets of 20),
Alpha (WotD) done (3 sets with no jumping and Knee Push-Ups),
Day 23 of Easy Cardio done,
Day 23 of Vitality done (3 sets, had to halve the number of Bicep Extensions).

Another day done!

30 Side-to-Side Lunges (EotD) done (3 sets of 10),
Armor Abs (WotD) done (3 sets, couldn't manage any of the Planking stuff),
Day 24 of Easy Cardio done,
Day 24 of Vitality done (3 sets, minus the Chest Squeezes).

Watched the third Fantastic Beasts film last night, unfortunately I remember so little about the last one I was just totally lost and confused the whole movie!
Don't think I'll watch another one (If they make another one).

20 Butterfly Sit-ups (EotD) done (In one go. No Sit-up, only Crunch),
Striker (WotD) done (3 sets, couldn't keep up the Bouncing for the whole set, but I tried),
Day 26 of Easy Cardio done,
Day 26 of Vitality done (3 sets).

After spending a lot of yesterday walking about in the rain, I'm going take it easy today, do some reading and painting, see y'all tomorrow!

Getting hot today, hopefully we're not catching up with the rest of Europe :soaked::-

Day 28 of Easy Cardio done,
Day 28 of Vitality done (3 sets).

Trying a new recipe and making an American Layered Salad for dinner, hopefully it tastes as nice as it looks!

Missed yesterday, I overslept. Gotta get out of this "Exercise is a mornings only thing" mindset though, did extra today to make up for it (Plus I really wanted to get Vitality wrapped up and move onto something more demanding):-

30 Seconds Side-to-Side Jumps (EotD) done (In one go),
Lone Warrior (WotD) done (3 sets),
Days 29 and 30 of Easy Cardio done (That was a lot of Step Jacks!),
Days 29 and 30 of Vitality done (3 sets of each).

Feels like ages since I've completed a program, hopefully I've got my consistency back. :yas:
My American Layered Salad turned out nice, but it's a lot of prep work for a slow veggie chopper like me, and it doesn't keep very well, so I won't make it again.
Now to rest my noodlely arms, see y'all tomorrow! :ragdoll:

Housemate's not feeling too great this morning, so I'm solo exercising today:-
20 Elbow Plank Arm Raises (EotD) done (Couldn't Elbow Plank, did 2 sets of 10 with regular Planks),
Unplugged (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 1 of Easy Core done,
Day 1 of 60 Days of Cardio done (3 sets).

My bad arm is acting up today, I keep forgetting that I shouldn't pick things up with it, so it's a rest day, see y'all tomorrow!

Had a long, tiring weekend of looking after a very poorly Housemate so no exercising, tried to do a bit today but my body wasn't up to it:-
60 Get Ups (EotD) attempted (Managed 25, 15 one side and 10 the other),
Instinct (WotD) attempted (1 set, couldn't quite finish all the Shoulder Taps),
Day 3 of Easy Core attempted (1 set),
Day 3 of 60 Days of Cardio attempted (1 set, couldn't do Plank Rotations after the first couple of lots so I did Squats).

Going to take it easy today, hopefully I can do more tomorrow, see y'all then!

Managed everything today, it helped that it was an easy day! (Still exercising solo, Housemate is going to give it a few days):-

10 Stacked Push-ups (EotD) done (Managed 5 Stacked ones, sort of, and did 5 Knee Push-ups),
Captain On Deck (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 4 of Easy Core done,
Day 4 of 60 Days of Cardio done (3 sets).

Another drizzly day, going to have to find indoor stuff to do, see y'all tomorrow!

Had a bit of a win yesterday. Made a mistake while painting (I got paint on my mages chin while trying to reach her collar) but instead of getting really down and mopey for a few days, I just fixed it up, take that brain! No more listening to your negativity! At least not for a while, hopefully.

Couldn't quite do everything, Easy Abs isn't that easy:-

Easy Abs (WotD) done (2 sets, my poor tummy muscles could only take so much! :lazy:),

Finally all caught up with my One Piece collection (I'm not much of a manga reader, so they tend to sit there for a while), going to knock another book off my Discworld re-read next.

Missed a couple days, just felt very run down and struggled to get out of bed and do anything, but it disappeared as soon as it appeared.

80 Calf Raises (EotD) done (Over 3 sets 30,30,20),
Winx (WotD) done (Only 1 set, too much Planking for my arm again),

Day 11 of 60 Days of Cardio done (3 sets).

Since it's been so rainy lately, I've been taking an inventory of all my models. Even though I've got more than I can possibly hope to paint, I still can't find any I'm willing to let go of.

Incinerator (WotD) done (3 sets, the only problem with these timed workouts is that they don't account for those of us who struggle to get up and down off the floor! :flat:),

Thanks! @Tileenah - I never did get my nap, but the Housemate is over the worst of it, so I did get a good nights sleep.

A bit too much Planking today but I did as much as my arm would let me:-

60 Alt Arm/Leg Raises (EotD) done (3 sets of 20),
I've Got This! (WotD) done (3 sets. Managed 1 set with full floor stuff (Except I did Inclined Tricep Dips), 1 set on my knees (No more Tricep Dips) and 1 standing up),
Day 16 of Easy Core done,
Day 16 of 60 Days of Cardio done (3 sets, 2 full Plank and 1 Knees).

Currywurst for dinner today (Not sure how authentic my recipe is), see y'all tomorrow!

Not going to make Currywurst again, the sausage tasted nicer before it was covered in curry sauce!

Couldn't go everything (it's too hot), but considering I wasn't going to do any today (Didn't sleep well, so I was very tired) I'm still calling it a win:-

30 Sumo Squats (EotD) done (In one go),
Cronus (WotD) attempted (Just 1 set, those Walk-out Planks are harder than they look!),
Day 18 of Easy Core done,
Day 18 of 60 Days of Cardio attempted (2 sets, I was too hot to attempt a third).

Going to take the Housemate out for a long walk now, hopefully the fresh air will make her feel a bit better, see y'all tomorrow!

Today didn't get off to a great start, a bottle of orange soda leaked all over the bottom of the fridge and I hurt my hip doing exercises:-

60 Seconds Overhead Arm Stretch Hold done (In one go, didn't have room for Superman Stretches),
Expedited Delivery (WotD) attempted (1 set, pulled something in my hip trying to get up and down so quick),
Day 19 of Easy Core done,
Day 19 of 60 Days of Cardio done (3 sets).
