It was a nice day today.
I have a week vacation coming up next week so luckily I was able to start these customer reports I do every month today so I can hopefully have those all done by Friday.
This morning was annoying, the computer was not sending pdfs to the email. Usually when it gets held up, IT fixes it and they all come through. So I sent myself a bunch of weekly reports I make pretty with excel that I would finish once I got them in the email. That never happened, so I had to spend another 20 minutes redoing that part over plus I looked like I almost forgot to do it.
But no one actually said anything about that, so it probably didn't matter anyway.

- Good morning Jog to 300
- My special blend of stretches that take about 10 minutes.
- 60 Days of HIIT Challenge (36th & 37th Days/5sets each)
- Side Bends EotD (x50) I did it in one go.
- Epic Cardio Challenge (5th Day/5sets)
- Bloom WotD (1set) - I do my workout before I put my make up for work on, but since this was yoga and I am not in need of active recovery after the weekend off, I pushed this to after I put on my make-up and did a bonus workout in it's place. I was scared I might not have enough time since this was a 9 minute one. Luckily I had plenty of time. The last two I had to put my hand down on a cat tree a few times, but I did my best to avoid that.
- 7am Jog to 300 before I leave for work.
- Bonus Workout (3sets) - Did the Orion workout with @neilarey. I have 5 Lb. weights. 6 months ago they were too heavy for me to do much with and I wished I had 2 Lb. ones. Today I was able to do the exercises and I didn't struggle. I think all of those push-ups & planks the past few months really helped me gain some strength!
Lunch:
- Jog to 300 x2 + Bonus pacing just because I had energy.
