There is like 100 things I want to write here since the last post, but let´s keep it sort of simple. Was training for higher position at work, but realised that my priorities in life are elsewhere (dont need that additional stress). Completed Recovery program and right now I focus on reinforcing good habits. 8 hours of sleep, exercise both body and mind, daily chores and avoiding social media. It is not much (I want and will do more), but for now the "slow and steady" approach seems to be working well for me.
