A very good day! I slept long and well, cleaned the apartment entirely, and then my partner and his girlfriend arrived and we had a very nice time, lots of good talks and good food. I had met her before, but it was good to have the chance to talk more. I really like her :happy:

A very nice day! It's the absolute perfect weather to be outside! I had to be in the office in the morning, but three colleagues were also in and lunch was very tasty. I left after lunch, came home, and we did lots of good progress on the roof (my husband and the carpenter had started in the morning already).

Saturday was a very successful day on the roof, we're halfway there with the boards!!
But we were working 12 hours and it was a lot. Evening was Eurovision Song Contest, yay! For once I voted for the song which ended up winning! And Germany got points!

Meeeehhhhh today can be called a fail. We got up an hour earlier and started to work on the roof. After an hour we already had to modify the plan, which eventually led us to change it again, with the result that there would have been no way we could have finished what we wanted. So we did one small thing and then basically did in reverse all the work we had done in the morning. Only to realize that the small thing we did might actually have been wrong. So, a wasted day! Ah well, it happens. At least it won't be a long day today.

A very good day! This morning I weeded the extra garden patch and put in all the cabbage plants, mulched them properly and put a net to protect them from the insects. Unfortunately I didn't have time to plant the tomatoes and the other starters, but they are at least outside getting acclimatized.
