Thanks folks, unfortunately my immune system went south after such an intense run and I got a bit sick-ish.
A relaxing anniversary weekend helped a lot, but sickness kicked back in on Sunday evening. Monday was a headache day, today I was much better. I hope I'll be fine again tomorrow.

Thanks @Laura Rainbow Dragon for asking. I fell or better said, I got pushed off the wagon, cause I am fighting a common cold/sneeze/sinusitis/whatever since the beginning of October. It was and still is not bad enough to lay down and rest completely, but it was still bad enough to stop running and exercises. Now I am "waiting" for the right time to get back at into it. I know the time is always "now", but you know how it is...
