The Full-Body Kettlebell Workout is also officially approved :)
I have reduced the repetitions from 10 to 5 and over the next few weeks I will add one repetition until I get to 10.
I also reduced the rest time from 20 sec to 15 sec and stayed on weights low enough that they didn't cause me any problems but still made me sweat :LOL:
In this way the workout remains between 10 and 20 minutes maximum and by varying repetitions first and weights then it will remain interesting and training for quite some time.

I like the Full Body Kettlebell Workout too. It's interesting how you've tweaked it. Did you begin with more weight and fewer reps?
I started with low weights: 16 kg for all the exercises and 8 kg for the bicep curls and low repetitions, i.e. half of those foreseen, every week I will add one repetition to each exercise up to the 10 foreseen by the workout and then if i will increase the weight of the kettlebells.
I like the layout of the workout but I have to deal with the fact that I haven't used kettlebells for months and the weights I have available, so I start slowly and calmly increase the repetitions first and then the weights :)
